Delivery and Shipment:

Shipping is completely FREE For USA, UK and Canadian Customers, no matter how many products you will buy.

At https://www.lerenjack.com/ we ensure that our customers get their product as soon as possible. It’s that simple. Since the products offered here are pre-sale or make-to-order, we make them from fresh material instead of storing them in warehouses so that they can be seen tearing up after being left in our warehouse for a while ۔ We stock some of our hot sale designs in our warehouses in London, UK and Chicago, USA but many of them are made when we collect orders from online customers.

Definitely the delivery times are not affected as most of the samples are ready and we take 2-3 working days to make the jacket unless there is a custom order from the buyer or there is no exception that the buyer has already been delivered.

• According to USA law, Lerenjack OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) will gives any services or items to restricted countries under the USA law.
• Multiple shipments / remittances may result in multiple publications in the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Shipping and delivery normally do not take more than 10 business days. This means 2-3 working days for manufacturing and another 3-7 business days for delivery.

We use express courier services like that FedEx, DHL and Skynet for delivery. For product that are readily available for shipping from our warehouses in the US or UK, we sometimes use postal services such as USPS in USPS and Royal Mail in the UK.

EXPENSES:

We have a flat shipping rate of $35 for most countries (except USA, UK and Canada). But, for some countries in Eastern Europe, Africa and South America, shipping costs are slightly higher due to the high cost of postage in these areas.

TAXES & DUTIES:

lerenjack.com/ Buyer is not answerable for any import duties / taxes. The expense of the goods delivered to us is in addition to all these charges. Buyers are answerable for checking our domestic customs if they are receiving tax on import / purchase of our goods.

Customs policy is different around the world and some countries are very strict in imposing taxes on the import of any special value product.
